iGlide Update 2.0

Some users experience problems after installing the latest iGlide Update (Version 2.0) If the APP does not start correctly, please use the following process to solve the issue:

  • delete iGlide from your device
  • restart the device
  • reinstall iGlide from the AppStore 
In order not to be charged twice: Please make sure to buy the iGlide-edition (e.g. iGlide lite) you have originally purchased before having upgraded the APP to other iGlide-editions. Afterwards all upgrades are restored inside the APP. Also make sure that you use the same AppStore account as before.
